Both colors are earthy tones, which complement each other boldly, making people notice your shoes. Try wearing something blue or navy on top, and you’ll have a killer outfit.

Wear Navy Shoes With Khaki Pants
Navy shoes look great with khaki or tan pants, so the color tone can be dark or light. However, I personally prefer navy blue shoes with tan pants (the lighter color) because the contrast between navy and tan is excellent (people will look more at your shoes this way).
